Re: Which title for "War on Everyone"?
I'm assuming you're running into playlist obfuscation. Many titles that all look the same, but the segments of the movie are shuffled and out of order in all but one, usually. If you have Java installed and referenced in the protection tab of the preferences menu, you'll notice a line at the very to...

Re: Disc Main Movie selection
You're probably running into playlist obfuscation. Many titles that all look the same, but the segments of the movie are shuffled and out of order in all but one, usually. Size is irrelevant, so there's a good change you'll have to re-rip those titles. If you have Java installed and referenced in th...

Re: only selecting FPL_MainFeature on disks that provide it.
...removing all the obfuscation tracks that look like the title track. That was indeed what I was talking about. I don't use the GUI. I call makemkvcon64.exe from a batch file which rips the bluray to my hd, and in the same batch file, I compress that rip with handbrakecli.exe and copy it to my lib...

Re: Zip/Compress MKV Files
Once you get a working HandBrake config that you can verify, subsequent encoding using the same config will produce successful results. These are the options I use. I've had no issues with the output file. -s 1,2,3,4 -Z Normal -non-anamorphic -f mkv pretty simple. If you're set on a .zip, perhaps an...

Re: Passengers 2016
Wish I could help. I ripped that movie with MakeMKV and then ran it through HandBrake with no issues at all.

Re: 20th Century Women correct playlist
I'm not sure which is the correct playlist either, but I noticed the top 2 playlists look different: 1. (SPBD Copy Disclaimer Playlist) 2. (FPL_MainFeature) Anyone have any idea what these mean? Never seen these. And does anyone else have a clue as to the correct playlist for Netflix BD? EDIT: Oh b...

Re: Best External Blu Ray Drive
I'm also interested in this thread because my USB-powered Samsung TSST SE-506CB/RSBD is hit-and-miss with blu ray rips using MakeMKV. I run into about a 20% failure rate, meaning 1 in 5 discs display UNCORRECTABLE ERROR several times and fail. I've made sure they're clean, but so far, if any disc f...

Re: Any way to suppress the MKB file?
If it showed up in your MakeMKV data directory, it's partially for keeping track of the highest AACS version you have encountered. If there is no MKB file present in that directory, you'll get one dropped there. If, however, you had one named "MKB_v65_SomeName.tgz" in there, you would get...

Any way to suppress the MKB file?
There has to be a way, short of deleting it every time,.. right?
