Here's an update. I just used VLC to play the video on my Mac, and there is no sync issue.
Is it fair to assume the problem lies with Plex?
I'm using a Synology DS416play as my Plex server, viewing the content on a Roku all on my 1GB LAN.

Newbie Question About AV Sync for DTS/DTS-MA
Hi, I'm new to MakeMKV, but I'm ripping DVD and Blurays that have DTS forms of audio, and I'm using FLAC. They all seem to have AV out of sync slightly. DTS Audio Lag
I'm not sure if this is specific to Mac OS X, but I've noticed that every mkv file that has DTS or DTS-MA audio included has a lag in the audio. If I select to listen to the AC3 track instead, there is no lag. Is there something I can set to improve upon this condition?
