I didn't notice this before, but... These read error are occurring during the SCAN phase, rather than during the actual rip, correct? Do the errors occur if you do a BACKUP instead of using Open/Save ? Yes, during the read phase on both copies oddly. The movie fokder never is shown infact to select...

I have tried two different BR copies and the same result. Once the BR is read the actual movie is never found. It is also extremely slow reading compared to other discs. I'd say it was a dirt disc but the same result on two different BR discs it has to be something else. Here is the log and a screen...
