So it's impossible to extract these things to a MATROSKA file? Will I have to keep the original discs? Are there other alternatives to do this, besides MAKEMKV? You can use CCExtractorGUI to extract the CC Subtitles from the VOB files and MKVToolNix to mux the SRT file into the MKV. See: https://ww...

The current workaround for this appears to be to put all the VOBs in CCExtractorGUI and have that extract the subtitles into an SRT file. The only issue I've run into is if the video doesn't start at the beginning of the VOB files (if there are previews in the same VOB as the movie for instance). In...
