This seems to be a problem with 1.10.x : My other installation with version 1.9.x and the one of my friend, 1.9.x, too, is working without a flaw...

As I am in exactly the same situation as the original poster, I hardly doubt that the reason is a missing key file. I would very much appreciate some professional support.
