I was trying to rip a screener of "The Last Jedi", which failed.
In trying to submit a failed disc report, I went to copy the *.IFO files, but the VIDEO_TS folder was empty.
I couldn't see any files in either the Finder or the Terminal in OS X.
Is there a way to see these files to help aid with ...

Well, it's definitely the latest version for os x (just downloaded it), definitely a DVD, and definitely doesn't have the tick box to activate manual mode.
I know I sound crazy, but I'm definitely not.
Any other thoughts would be helpful. Thanks!

No manual mode box on mine for some reason. (I also can't seem to upload a screen shot proving as much; it says:
