3D MVC discs aren't ripping correctly anymore
(is this where i post this?)
with 1.15.2, 3D MVC discs aren't ripping correctly. no errors, and the MVC track is present in the MKV, but my player doesn't recognize it as a 3D file.
tried it with 5 different discs, all failed. works fine with 1.15.0. (didn't try 1.15.1)

Bottleneck when ripping from ISOs on disk?
i've got a large collection of ISOs i want to rip to MKV. where are the bottlenecks, and what areas of improvement/practices give the biggest benefit? should the source and destination files be on different drives? would it help much if one or both were NVMe SSDs? how much does amount of system memo...

Re: How to save VC-1 without FOURCC encapsulation?
Unfortunately, this is one of those "Mike-only" questions, and he isn't here every day. Suggestion: Send an email to support@makemkv.com with a pointer to this topic, and ask Mike to answer. ah, okay. was hoping i was just missing some documentation somewhere to help me figure it out so i...

Re: Flag for flipping eyes in 3D MVCs?
oh, unless all that would do is change the Video Stereo Mode value from 13 to 14 or vice versa in the MKV header? in which case i already tried that, and it didn't flip the eyes. trying to figure out why some of my 3D MVC rips play with the eyes reversed ..

Re: .iso to MKV using MakeMKV?
don't mount the ISO. just ctrl-o in makemkv and select the .iso file. this works for me, at least with ISOs created by AnyDVD.

Re: Anyone able to rip 3D movies to work with LG TVs?
i think you may be right that it doesn't have support built-in. i was just going off what the LG rep said when i bought the TV. he said he would've demoed 3D for me but he didn't have any samples on his USB drive. maybe he didn't have any on his drive because it doesn't work. and pretty much every h...

Anyone able to rip 3D movies to work with LG TVs?
i have a new 3D LG TV and i'm trying to rip and play 3D movies off a USB drive. i ripped a 3D Blu-ray, made sure to include the MVC 3D file, but it only plays in 2D. maybe i'm incorrectly assuming that the TV is able to play 3D files from a USB drive. has anyone here gotten it to work? cheers!
