What is best way to clean a disc? Mine is a rental UHD disc it looks goo I have wiped it down, but same issues, in same spot early on about 300MB in.

Mine is failing as well. Have a LG WH14NS40 and ripped a few dozen movies, tried in anoth LG drive as well (I have 2 in the system.) Keeps getting Uncorrectable errors. May have a bad disc will try replacing it.

I am trying to rip American Renegades BD from Netflix and MakeMKV could not determine the default title and somehow VLC can't open it. Has anyone else had any luck?

Well the I can now rip my 2001, a great thanks to the team at MakeMKV. I encourage all that use it to pay for it. IT is the best ripper out there!

Just got mine today and not working, sent keys to them. Seems the earlier released disc have different keys.

Woohoo, keys for Evil Dead 2 are in and it works, now to wait on my new 2001 4K UHD that can not decrypt.

Just got my Evil Dead II 4K UHD disc and no surprise keys not there. Sent the email to svq@makemkv.com so they can get working on it.

This is cool new feature. Where does it keep the auto-downloaded file and what is the file name? I have looked and can;t find the file as it was named before. I want to keep a copy safe just in case they every shut or block the download.

Can't explain it then first 2 say no key, rest are all fine and ripped fine. Send the dumps and hopefully they will update keys. I may contact Amazon say first 2 are bad and hope the replacement box set they send is fine.
