Re: JRE not started
Thanks for taking the time to help me with this. I have tried to enter the path "C:\ProgramData\Oracle\Java\javapath\java.exe" into the "Custom Java executable location" field. Uncertain if that is correct but that was the only place I could find the java.exe file. Is there a way...

JRE not started
Hi, A very newbie question but I have searched without success. I have installed makemkv v.1.10.5 on a win 8.1 pc. I now have a BD 'Hardcore Henry' with playlist obfuscation and have installed JRE build 1.8.0_121-b13. Unfortunately it does not seem that makemkv is triggering this though, there is no...

Re: Batman v Superman
I have figured it out now. The disc cover includes a 4k ultra hd and a blu-ray disc. It says on the disc cover that the 4k disc is ultimate edition while the bluray disc has the Theatrical version. So that explains the length question. The freeze issue was solved by changing the audio from TrueHD 7....

Re: Batman v Superman
Thanks, I will do that.
But does anyone have any idea why the 'theatrical cut' freezes and wont play?
I also used handbrake on this film and that worked ok.

Re: Batman v Superman
Thanks for feedback. I have tried both backup and .mkv file. They both freeze when I try to play them in J.River MC. It works if I play the m2ts files directly. I created the mkv file from Title 1, 00100.mpls and it says Duratio. 2:31:40 in makeMKV, which matches both the largest m2ts file and the i...

Where is the mkv file?
Hi,
A newbie question:
I was expecting to find a .mkv file after I had done a backup of my blu-ray disc using makeMKV (v.1.10.2). Am I missing something? Is there a way to get that during backup or do I have to use other tools for that?

Batman v Superman
Hi, I have just started using makeMKV (v1.10.2) to backup my blu-ray disc and it looks very promising. I have a problem with 1 film though. The log says everthing is ok when I backup. When I try to see the film (in J.River MC v19) by starting the index.bdmv file the film is started but freezes on 1s...
