CMD+N creates new window w/no close + in use drive access
Accidentally hit CMD-N while running MakeMKV. As I'd expect, a instance of MakeMKV starts. Likely the idea is if several DVD readers are connected, each can be running in parallel. This is all good. And, in 2nd instance the menu control "Red X" to close window is greyed out. Also, the same...
