When I start makemkv, I see scanning device: SPT1\:Device\CdRom0 under information but that's all. It never goes any further and all the options under File are grayed out. I saw some other posts talking about a problem with having SATA set to AHCI but I"ve verified in BIOS that it is set to ID...
