I've downloaded a movie from my account of Apple but I want to convert it into MKV with all special features. Someone did know how can I do that?

I managed to put in the title and to convert it into an IFO file and IFO file is read well with my player. But, when I convert to mkv, I pert my information because I think the title is 2 slideshows indeed ...

I tried to merge it but ... in the title 1 you got a the video, the audios (english in stereo, english in Dolby Digital Surround 5.1, an the commentary of David J. Hi, I have the ultimate collector's edition of Van Helsing in DVD and I try to covert to mkv the DVD #3 (The movie of Dracula) the title 1 (the movie) and the title 2 (suposed to be an intro).
How can convert those title in one file mkv, I want it begin by the title 2 and after the title 1.
