The dump file was just under 5mb.
I follewed the advice further up this thread by removing the tgz from the file name and the email went through without any failed to deliver messages.

I'm currently receiving the FUT error on the UK Blu-Ray version of this film. I managed to get the MKV to record although the playback is unwatchable.
I tried to send the dump file to the relevant email address but it was rejected.
Any suggestions?
