Re: Firmware help please

The guide suggests:

WH16NS40 on any Firmware directly to > WH16NS60 1.02MK

I recommend using Marty's SDFtool Flasher since you are running Windows.

So I followed the steps to flash my BP50NB40 drive. Make MKV says Liberdrive is enabled but the drive still won't read 4K discs. Any idea what's wrong?
Looks like you've only done the 1st part. See the "to flash the BP50NB40 SVC:NB52" notes in the 1st post of this topic.

Re: Fedora, Flatpack and flashing drives......

AACS v53 is just the highest your drive has encountered. Everything up to, but not including v82, is currently supported, without additional action.

Read more about v82 here... AACS v82 Blu-ray Disc dump submission

Re: Fedora, Flatpack and flashing drives......

Old builds contain whatever beta key was valid at the time of release. IF you intend to "live by the beta key", the latest/greatest is always here.

Caution: There can be a gap between the beta key expiring & a new one being issued, every ~2 months. More info here.

Re: Dump Submitted - Wicked for Good (18C4)

Thank goodness someone posted this, because I was starting to think I had something wrong with my drive. I am unable to open the disc as well. Forgive me, I’m new to the forum so I don’t know what “submitting a dump” is or how to do it. I get a similar line of code to you, but mine is as below: MKB...

Re: MakeMKV rips all episodes as a single large file

I have a particular disc, Spaced season 1, that when I rip it I get a 6GB .mkv file that is the entire season. There are other files which are the extras on the disc. Is there a way to resolve it automatically? Not automatically. MakeMKV works with what was authored on the disc. Most of us have bee...

Re: When will the beta key be updated?

The original beta key expired today, and I'm wondering when the latest key will be released. I noticed that someone previously posted about this issue, and it took nearly two weeks for a new key to be released back then. I’m hoping it can be released as soon as possible this time. Asked & answe...

I don't know if this would work but you might even be able to just copy the MakeMKV directory to "C:\Program Files (x86)" then delete it when you are finished.
Symlink?

USING THREE OPTICAL DRIVES IS A PAIN BECAUSE OF AVOIDABLE STUPID MAKEMKV BEHAVIOR ONE INSTANCE OF MAKEMKV SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO INTERRUPT ANOTHER INSTANCE!! I pull in 3 disks at once. MakeMKV's.is so dumb when it comes to dealing with multiple instances. First of all, if i already have TWO drives, ...
