I see people asking for that as far back as 2020 in this thread, and quick web searches indicate requests back to 2017 in other threads here. Has a...

If you notice, the START & EXIT buttons have enlarged fonts & the word START is cut off. When I click the Start button, nothing happens. Anyone experience this? Any advice would greatly be appreciated! https://i.imgur.com/27mHUdI.jpeg I don't see any responses, yet, so... is MakeMKV install...

... Please tell me im a Moron and did something wrong. It's a tempting invitation, but this seems to be a special case. :D I'm thinkin' there may be 'surgery' involved? The guide says: USB enclosures/sata adapters that work with optical drives but don't support flashing: archgon md-8107s-u3-uhd

So where are we supposed to find the older versions, so we can flash our drives?

The only links I can find for the packages are the current version, 1.18.2.

Done
Now, it's a waiting game. For native MakeMKV functionality, what's next, etc., I recommend reading thru the 1st post of the UHD FAQ.

The alternative is explained in the 1st post of Public KeyDB Disc Submissions. It MAY get more immediate results than the 'official' process?

Re: How to extract Subtitle from ripped disc/MKV and then add it to another MKV?

Install MKVToolNix & gMKVExtractGUI.

Use gMKVExtractGUI to extract subtitle track. Use MKVToolNix GUI to add the extracted track to another video.
