I just ripped (for the US Netflix version) both 00934.mpls and 00121.mpls and there is no question that 00934.mpls is correct...00121.mpls is out of sequence after running them chapter by chapter alongside the actual blu-ray. I figured it out. MakeMKV was transferring the subtitles correctly. I take the MKV file and usually use iFlicks 2 to convert the file to an M4V....iFlicks was not transferring the subtitles. Used Handbrake and it worked.

Just tried both of the files mentioned here....00499.mpls and 00680.mpls. Both successfully processed.....however, 00499 had the end credits in the middle of the mkv file. 00680 worked perfectly and is in the proper sequence.
