I was curious about your setup so I did some investigating. Looks like you should be able to get proper 3D output from MAD VR and JRiver. You don't say what video card you have. What I have discovered so far. MakeMKV will properly rip a frame packed 3D bluray bit perfect. However, the only way I can seem to get it to playback properly in 3D is with Stereoscopic Player.
