You can not decide which one is good without checking if the segments correspond. The sequence TINFO describes the order the segments are read. Instead of 331, I would have bet on 141

Just to confirm: I have exactly the same symptoms with Lewis Season 8 Blurays. The second disk seems to be filled with the same pattern.
It is AACS v62.
