Ah, you're kind of at the mercy of whatever created the ISO file then. Did you mount the ISO as a drive, or ask MakeMKV to open it as a file? The problem is that there can be any number of issues with an ISO file. If it is a direct copy of the BD, no removal of copy protection, it SHOULD work just like the original disk. If someone removed the copy protection from it... it's no longer exactly like the original, and there is no guarantee ...
