I have used MakeMKV to backup plenty of my DVD's, so am I missing something?Yugatha wrote:Are you trying to back up a DVD or a BluRay? MakeMKV backs up Blurays, but not DVDs - the reasoning being that there are plenty of tools to perform a 1:1 backup of DVDs out there.

I see this a lot, mainly on BR discs. Sometimes it is a scratched disc. Sometimes it is the reader. Is a real pain.
