Just tried the Process Monitor method with PowerDVD for the 1st time and it looks to [EDIT] NOT be 706.mpls for the Netflix version. I am processing it now, but won't be able to verify it for a couple of days.
Apologies, but 706 is not the correct one for Netflix, I'll try again.
