Other discs (e.g. Contact or Italian Job) can be ripped without any problems. At least the Blues Brothers doesn't have any further copy protection beside the CSS. Maybe the Dolby Digital 1.0 audio tracks are confusing MakeMKV?

Ripped DVD doesn't play
I've got 2 discs (Australia & Blues Brothers) which won't play after being ripped with MakeMKV 1.4.4. The MKV is the correct size, but the player (MPC-HC + Haali or Gabest) hangs. Remuxing with MKVMerge gives a 10kb-MKV with no content.

I've made an MKV (H.264/DTS) with 1.4.3 from a BluRay disk which plays back with occasional stuttering.
