I haven't tried it yet, but he sent me a new key. In fact he emailed me to let me know and the key arrived three minutes earlier. It sounds like when my computer crashed it corrupted the key. Maybe that reported something back to the server that checks the keys or something.

I did send him a p.m. I don't know if you normally responds to those. I know he's been on since he did have to update the beta key.

I was hesitant to purchase the key at first, but I have used the program quite a bit and I'm hoping the lack of support is not normal.

Anyone heard or seen from Mike? I still haven't seen an email from him. I did get the newer beta key.

Somewhat related. I assume your response means the license is transferable. Do you know if it can be used on more than one PC? I generally rip on my home PC, but I just picked up a fast PC at work that I could use (for personal purposes) to rip some disks if I wanted too...Of course I'm limited to 4...

I did a total scratch reload of the OS, so I had to install MakeMKV. There was nothing there before. I did try re-entering my key several times.
