I had to clean the disc good and turn up the retry setting. And finally, was able to get it done.

Had to clean the disc good, but was finally able to backup the disc.

The 4K disc had two versions on it. I was not able to see a difference between the two. Anyone know?

My JW 4K will not rip

I use Handbrake to convert the files from MKV to M4V which also compresses the video file. It's not bad but not as good as the raw MKV.

I recently switched from the M4V to MKV format which looks much better. However, there is a noticeable delay in the loading time. The M4V was instant. Is there something I need to do to speed this up?

Well, tried to downgrade the firmware and now the drive no longer reads UHD discs. Reads BluRay fine. Any recomendations?

I was able to fix this issue with Plane by simply changing the: View -> Preferences -> 'Video' tab -> Minimum title length (seconds) from 120 seconds to 9 seconds. I do not know why this works. Is there a Output code that would add the additional information to the output file name?

Like Perspectives (Camera Angles) to the file name.
