This is VERY weird. This error is consistent with a USB-connected drive being driven to a speed that exceeds its available power supply, but your drive is an internal, according to its model number: Error 'OS error - (ipc/send) invalid destination port' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00042.m2...

I believe I have this error tracked down to El Capitan. I've been having massive issues using MakeMKV and Handbrake since upgrading. The discs have a tendency to self eject off of the desktop, yielding an error each time. Will update if I get through this latest rip successfully. EDIT: DID NOT WORK.
