Re: Deadpool Subtitles Time/Location
Have you been able to rip the main movie properly? I end up with artifacts if I try (both MKV and backup). Every 2-3 seconds, like a new copyprotection or not properly decrypted. Or has it to do with the region-coding? I got the US-bluray though the drive is used for Region B mostly... I have no ide...

Deadpool with artifacts
Hi,
I made a MKV of the main movie of Deadpool (the normal Bluray, not the BDXL) though through the whole movie I have artifacts (tried MPC and VLC) like it wasn't decrypted properly.
On the start MakeMKV keeps telling me an error regarding BD+... is that a new copyprotection? I use MakeMKV v1.9.10.

Re: 3D Bluray backup only copies 2D files
Hm, there're issues with movies I backed up and burned on BD50, eg. it takes ages to load the menu and it only loads the menugraphics but not the background-video. And while the movie plays fine, the PS3 not displaying it in 3D. Looks like the "backup"-function isn't made for actually back...

Re: 3D Bluray backup only copies 2D files
This is really strange
Just another question regarding burning: Am I good to go by burning the folders I get from MakeMKV's backup feature on a BD50? Or do I need something else, too? I assume UDF will do? What about the disc-name? Will that be checked by the player?

Re: 3D Bluray backup only copies 2D files
Hm, I thought the two viewpoints are in the same container/file while the core holds one image and the other stream holds just the change in the image?
How can I read the playlist-files properly? Noteped++ doesn't help much.
Looks like I need to look deeper in that topic!

3D Bluray backup only copies 2D files
Hi, if I let MakeMKV make an MKV (duh..) there is that 3D-setting you need to select to add the second videostream. So far so good and I would think that if I use the "BACKUP" function everything will be copied as it is on the disc... but no. The videofiles on the HDD only have the 2D imag...
