Actually one workaround I just figured out is that if I removed all of the m2ts files except the particular episode I want from the stream directory I can do a single episode at a time in makemkv. It's a bit time consuming to do it this way of course, but it's better than nothing.

The issue is that MakeMKV presents the list in the order the file names appear in the disk's directory, not in alpha/numeric order. Most DVDs and BDs are authored with the files in order, but not all. Sentai Filmworks and a few others are among the publishers who can put things in weird order. The ...

Ability to display titles in order of playlist
When trying to rip MKV's from some of my TV Show Blu-Rays MakeMKV presents the episodes in a really weird order, as it seems to read the playlist files in random order so it's assigning title 0 to episode 4 for example. It's really confusing so I'm wondering if there's a way around this? I don't see...
