When trying to open this disc before it completes makemkv crashes with a fatal error.

That's for the reply. But, when I say perfectly clean I mean that I used optical disc cleaner and a microfiber cloth to clean it multiple times to the same result. Below is the IFO files and the debug log (the forum upload was full so I used my dropbox). I ripped both the titles and they both ended up being full screen after being ripped. Hopefully, this can be fixed in a future version.
