What version of the software are you using, as well as what version/region of the movie are you using? I was able to do my Amazon US 3d 3 disk version with the blu-ray copy.

Hey thanks man. I already use Handbrake as part of my process, so after a few minutes of looking I saw how to do it. As you surmised, there is a predictable pattern of 4 chapters per episode with a running time in the 22 minute range. Thanks again for your very helpful response!!
