Turns out this was caused by Avast 2015, which thinks that MakeMKV.exe is infected with a virus. Can anyone confirm please that this is a known false-positive:

Windows 10 install, no makemkv.exe
I've just done a fresh install of version 1.9.5 on Windows 10 Pro (64-bit).
