I seem too have a recurrence of the problem. I did have it resolved by setting up a VPN which did fix the problem earlier but doesn't seem to make a difference now. So far it hasn't prevented me from converting the files I want with the exception of one that others are having problems with as well. ...

I got my Oceans Trilogy from GRUV as well. Had a similar issue with both 11 and 13 working fine, but 12 would not load.
Will try a secondary program to see what happens.

Typically in situations where there are two apparently identical files to rip, I've noticed that if a running commentary is provided with the movie, it's usually imbedded in the second one. Has anyone had any success getting JUST the isolated music scores from any movie, 4K or blu-ray?

JFK 4K UHD is almost a month old now and the codes are still not loading.

For what it's worth, I'm only having issues with opening the JFK 4K UHD disc.
All other UHD discs open just fine.

I guess I'll have to wait for Mike to add the special decoder ring file.

It would appear that either flushing my DNS server and/or putting in the proxy address worked, since I can now rip Time Bandits 4K.
