Yes, MKV-file is playable in VLC. So the problem is with handbrake
I'll go and harass them now while trying to compress my MKV to MP4 using other app.

unable to read (backup or MKV) DVD disks
I'm using MakeMKV (for Mac) v1.9.2 with licence and this works great for Blu ray. However, I would like to backup a DVD disk and all buttons (backup and save titles) remain grayed out.
I thought it was possible to use MakeMKV for both Blu ray as DVD?

v1.9.3 (Mac) does not work at all
I was using v1.9.2 to full satisfaction. Updated to v1.9.3 this morning but big disappointment
Tried several bluray disks (even disks already back-upped successfully with v1.9.2), but all hangup on index.bdmv. Someone have similar experience or suggestions how to fix this?
