Weird error since latest Win 10 'feature update'

Seems like AACS v50 always ends up using 800.mpls as the main feature track. Has anyone been paying close attention to this that can confirm one way or the other?

I'd much rather have MakeMKV spit the PGS or other subtitle out as a separate file, so it can be converted to whatever flavor of subtitle you like and then muxed in directly when you encode.

v2.0 with HEVC/x265?
Now that HEVC/h.265 spec has been finalized, I presume that future versions of MakeMKV will give us the option to chose the preferred format. Is there any roadmap that could be viewed as far as features? Or is all of the development effort being spent cracking encryption?
