Hang on ... all I've done is tick the show debug messages, and always dump out BD+ (or some such wording like that), and restarted MakeMKV ... and its read it fine this time.

Trying to rip my Battle Of The Five Armies on an LG BD-RE BH16NS40 but I get the following :
MakeMKV v1.9.2 win(x64-release) started
Using direct disc access mode
Error 'Scsi error - ILLEGAL REQUEST:COPY PROTECTION KEY EXCHANGE FAILURE - KEY NOT ESTABLISHED' occurred while issuing ...
