Hello again. I've now received the replacement disks and unfortunately they suffer from the same problem. Could there be another underlying cause? Are there any tests I can run to check this?

OK. Thanks for the advice, it's made the problem clearer.

Unfortunately cleaning the disks doesn't appear to solve the problem, so I'll return them and ask for them to be replaced. If this doesn't solve it I may come back and ask for more help.

Hello. Having problems reading 3 disks from the harry potter series bluray box set. The remaining 5 disks function fine. Drive has copied several disks recently (back on V1.9.2), but Barry Lyndon still won't work. Any other thoughts?

Other disks are fine, even from the same Stanley Kubrick collection. This is the only one I'm having issues with.
