The physical files on the disk can contain the parts necessary to assemble different versions of a movie, wither it be different audio languages or subtitle choices, or adding/removing scenes. MakeMKV is offering you all the versions it found.
Though I still need to know the technical reasons ...

Windows 8 Pro, 64 (bit)
MakeMKV v1.9.1
First time installing MakeMKV on this notebook
ERROR:
Backing up disc into folder "D:\Movies"
Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:NO SEEK COMPLETE' occurred while reading 'BD-ROM hp DVDWBD TS-LB23L 0400' at offset '524288'
Just want to copy the blu-ray to my had ...
