Are you sure isn't an optical drive issue?
Have you tried with an lower speed ripping?

Hi all, makemkv seems to have (a lot) of problem with this disc; i't a part of 3 BD (1-3) episodes, zones ABC.

(it repeats forever until i quit program)

EDIT: IT WAS CAUSED BY USB CABLE, replacing cable with an better one solved this.

edit: this was definitively an optical drive error (i have some issues also with other movies).
