makemkv from DVD files in a folder?
Hello,
Windows 8.1 - Is there a straightforward way to make an MKV from DVD files that are in a folder on my hard disk rather than on an actual DVD? I could make a DVD from those files first but that seems a somewhat convoluted approach.

Hello, I'm a complete newbie at this, which will be obvious from my questions. I'm using Windows 8.1 and all I want to do is make an unaltered copy of the movie portion only from some of my original copy-protected DVDs and Blu-Rays.
