Yes i send the log file to support, it was 3 MB and i was not able to attach to the post.
The error message was a popup and i ignored the message and created the file. It saved the MKV file but the image is bad
like pixelation and stripes etc. Sound is fine.

Hi, i just picked up Night at the Museum "Secret of the Tomb" and tried to use MakeMKV version 1.9.1 win64-release and it keeps failing. When i try to load the Disk it gives me the following error. "BD+ code processed but no FUTs where obtained, errors may follow" When i say make...
