If you have the Java Runtime Environment installed, MakeMKV will usually move what it thinks is the correct title to the top of the list, and mark it as the main title.

Top of the title list is 0404 which is incorrect.

http://makemkv.com/download/old/ (where the old versions are normally kept) is currently off-line, because of a problem at the data center. SCSI errors come from hardware.
