I just installed MakeMKV in Lubuntu 14.10. I have a DVD that I already ripped to the hard drive and I want to convert it to MKV. When I load the IFO file and click the save button, it writes about two-thirds of the file at normal speed, and then it slows to a crawl. I left it for about two hours and...
