I'm having similar issues with windows 11 and makemkv v1.17.4. Just ordered and everything went GREAT! I got two drives very quickly and both worked with out issue. Finally got this beast working

Yup.... I definitely put the wrong drives in my new server. This is what I get for keeping a bunch of old drives around. I swapped the drives with the ones what were actually in my old PC and everything is working.

You might have a bad disc. I was having this issue, with the same disc. Got my replacement from amazon and the new disc decrypted fine.

For problem discs, backing them up, and then riping from the back up is working for me. Not sure who suggested this first, but it's working! Oddly enough one disc S4D3 will not decrypt. What did you use to create the backup? I wonder if you can back up a disc 1:1 to an .iso file then run makemkv on...

This worked for 6 of the 7 discs I was having trouble with... Still one disc i can not backup.

The episodes are also not in order for me, typically the disc go 1, 3, 2 and 4, 6, 5. but most TV shows don't rip in order.

I'm also having issues with the discs. Season 4 D2 and D3 and Season 5 D3 and D4 have given me trouble.

So, does 1.15.3 support DV MKVs out of the box now? Is there additional processing you have to do?
