The Netflix version I just received doesn't have 993.mpls, however it does have 856.mpls so maybe I'll try it. I also noticed java wasn't used.

I'm trying to find a retailer that'll have some of these drives in stock but it's proving to be difficult unless I'm willing to spend a little more than I want to. Any ideas?

My LG drives don't have the SVC code on the sticker. Probably means they aren't compatible?

So far as I can tell there were 3 playlists to choose from. So I ripped all three.

They look identical. I opened up each one and played them side by side at each chapter marker. I did find one thing that was different... on one of the files there were no subtitles at about the 43 minute mark.

I tried the none 3D Blu Ray and the movie ripped fine with no FUTs errors. The 3D remains an issue.

At this point, you should not need to send an anything in, but you do need to allow MakeMKV to contact the server to pull in the correct SVQ file. That's controlled in Preferences->General, "Allow contacting web server for updates" should be checked. Not everyone wants to leave this enabl...

I'm confused (I think) on how to send svq files.... I too am getting the pop up warning for FUTS and the resulting MKV movie file has distortion.

876 seemed like it was the correct playlist, however, at the end of the movie I realized there was a scene that kept repeating itself... you know; the soda can, coffee spill, ticket punch? So now I don't even know if it is right... In fact, I don't even know what's real!!!
