In fact, there is no issue : the two video (one video for left eye and one for right one) are played alternatively, so it's normal that video times must add each others.

I don't often use MakeMKV, that's why I was wrong.

Hi, MakeMKV is unuseful : not only Samsung 3D TV can't read MKV with MVC inside, but also Samsung 3D TV can read M2TS.
