I'm having the same problem on mint

I updated from 1.10.8 to 1.10.10 and got the following error:

MakeMKV v1.10.10 linux(x64-release) started
The program can't find any usable optical drives.

It's all resolved now. Got my license and good to go.

I used that link to buy a license and got a receipt, but never received an actual license. Who should I follow up with? support@makemkv.com is who to contact.
