I found a fix from a previous post. Handbrake is a free program that will separate the chapters into individual files.

I have several blu ray and DVD audio discs. MKV shows that there are chapters. but I can not get it to break them out into separate files (songs). It just records the whole album as one file. How do I get it to record each Chapter (song) as one file?
