I just went ahead and ripped 800 and it appears to be correct. This is for the US UHD 4K disc from Amazon (came with 3D and Blu Ray). I have ripped both the 4K and BR and both seem to be 800.

Also, on a side note. The included standard blu ray ripped with no issues. There's only the one file on it.

I tried upgrading to 1.14.3 but still can't open the disc.

Good idea. I just looked at that on my rips and you appear to be correct. The "smaller" file has the actor names in and the larger does not. So if you want the actor names and other info during the ending credits, use...

One more thing to add. Before I run handbrake on my rips, I use mkvtoolnix and split out the video and audio streams.
