I had to add the path to the folder for moc
in my case /usr/lib/qt4/bin, using
PATH=$PATH\:/usr/lib/qt4/bin

Thanks Woodstock, I found that I can use Synaptic, to install the devel files required, just do a reload after opening, let Synaptic install new files, then search for libffmpeg-devel, mark for install, it will find dependencies, then install the files, I did a reboot, then ran ./configure with no e...
