I had the same problem on both discs. I resorted to making an ISO file with DVDFab.

I just ripped the LPCM with 1.8.13 yesterday (and also converted it to FLAC as well as kept the original) and it worked with no issues

That is exactly how it looks and works great. I am now going through my collection and re ripping the .mkv files. It would be nice if I knew of a quick way (batching perhaps?) to reconvert all these files.

Thanks for the hints. Finally got an xml editor and edited the FLAC profile to add the copy output. Doing my first rip now.

I am new to xml editing but when I loaded the flac profile in notepad xml editor and added the extra outputs properly it worked. Thanks for the help

Is there any way to add a section that also copies the DTS-HD MA and TrueHD tracks so a person could choose between FLAC /PCM and original depending on the player used?

Well, I gave it a try and unless I formatted wrong, it looks like we are only allowed one decoding selection per track. Most times DVDFab gets the right title soon after release. I still like to use MakeMKV though. I usually load it into DVDFab, find the title it is going to rip and then reload it in MakeMKV and use that title. I am a user of PLEX on a MAC Mini with OSX Mavericks so no HD audio but PLEX will convert TrueHD to PCM. Is there a profile that will convert DTS-HD MA to FLAC and also leave a copy of itself and not convert TrueHD but leave a copy. In this way I can use PLEX and PCM or my Dune HD and bitstream.
