I have this issue too and reported it months ago.
I just tried using the prog again today and stillt he same problem.
I have a fresh install of win 7, with xp codec pack. I just made 5 mkv's with the prog and you can hardly hear anything in WMP, even with my speakers on full volume.

Hi
I just installed this prog and have attempted to convert 4 dvds so far to mkv files. However the audio of everything I have converted is incredibly low - so low I have to have my TV on maximum volume to just hear the sound. The audio on the DVD's is fine.
any suggestions what the issue could be?
